Q: Can I return my custom backdrop? A: Because each backdrop is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns. However, if there's an error on our part or quality issue, we'll reprint at no charge.

Q: What's your satisfaction guarantee? A: We're committed to your complete satisfaction. If you're not happy with your proof, we'll revise it. If there's a printing error, we'll reprint it. Your celebration matters to us.

Q: Are there any hidden fees? A: No hidden fees! Your price includes design, printing, and standard shipping. Express or rush delivery is extra.


Shipping Policy

Delivery Times:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 5-7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 3-4 business days 

  • Rush Service: 2-3 business days

  •  Pickup: Free

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days after proof approval. Custom designs may require 2-6  working days for design creation before printing begins.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Areas: We deliver across the United Kingdom. International shipping is not currently available.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Custom Products: Because each backdrop is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items.

Our Guarantee:

  • If we make an error in your design or printing, we'll reprint at no charge

  • If your backdrop arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement immediately

  • You'll approve a digital proof before we print

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before proof approval for a full refund. Once printing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
