Ordering & Customization

How do I place a custom order? Browse our collections and select your preferred style, then use the customization fields to add your details (name, age, date, theme). Upload any logos or photos if needed. For fully bespoke designs, contact us directly.

What information do I need to provide? Event date, recipient's name/age, preferred colors, theme, backdrop size, and any specific text you'd like included. High-resolution logos or photos if you're adding images.

Can I see a proof before printing? Yes! We send a digital proof for approval before we begin printing. You can request changes until you're 100% happy.

Do you offer design services? Absolutely. If you don't have artwork, our team will create a custom design based on your event details and preferences.

Materials & Quality

What materials do you use? Premium  correx board with extra gloss finish, or matte, or standard gloss. All materials are photo-ready and designed to last.

Will my backdrop have creases? Our vinyl and fabric backdrops are wrinkle-resistant. Any minor creases from shipping smooth out quickly or can be steamed.

Are backdrops reusable? Yes! With proper care, your backdrop can be used for multiple events. keep straight (don't fold) for storage.

Delivery & Turnaround

How long does delivery take? Standard: 7-14  business days from design approval. Express: 3-4 days. Rush orders: Available with surcharge.

Do you ship outside the UK? We ship UK-wide. EU shipping available on request with custom quote.

What if my backdrop arrives damaged? All orders are insured. Contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange replacement

Can I collect locally? Yes! Free local collection available in Kent by appointment. Ready in 5 working  days.

Pricing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later).

Do you offer discounts? Yes! Bulk orders receive 15-25% off. Email signup gets 10% off first order. Free shipping over £300.

What's your refund policy? Custom orders cannot be refunded once printing begins. We only offer refunds for errors on our part.
