Q: How do I place a custom order? A: Simply select your product, choose your size and material, then add your customization details in the personalization fields. You can add names, dates, colors, and special requests. For fully custom designs, use our "Request Custom Quote" option to check if we can take custom orders this comes with extra cost

Q: Can I see a proof before you print? A: Yes! For all custom orders, we'll send you a digital proof for approval before printing. You can request changes twice 

Q: What if I need a design that's not in your shop? A: We love custom projects! Contact us with your ideas, theme, and any inspiration images. We'll create a custom design just for you might attract extra charges

Q: Can I upload my own logo or photos? A: Absolutely! During checkout, you can upload high-resolution images or logos. We'll incorporate them into your backdrop design.

Materials & Sizing

Q: What's the difference between vinyl and fabric? A:

  • Vinyl: Wrinkle-resistant, vibrant colors, easy to clean, great for use multiple events, more affordable

Q: What size backdrop do I need? A:

  • 4x5ft: Cake tables, small photo areas

  • 5x7ft: Photo booths, dessert tables

  • 8x8ft: Full party backdrops, medium spaces

  • 10x10ft: Complete wall coverage, large venues

  • Custom: We can create any size for your specific venue

Q: Will my backdrop have wrinkles? A: Vinyl backdrops are wrinkle-resistant. Correx Board backdrops also does not wrinkle comes folded for you to build following our simple step or can be shipped straight up

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take? A:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 5-7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 3-4 business days

  • Rush Service: 2-3 business days

  •  Pickup: Available (free)

Q: Do you ship outside the UK? A: Currently, we focus on UK-wide delivery to ensure the best quality and timing for your events. Contact us for international inquiries.

Q: What if my backdrop doesn't arrive in time? A: We take delivery deadlines seriously. If you have an urgent event, choose our Rush Service and provide your event date at checkout. We'll prioritize your order.

Q: How is the backdrop packaged? A: Vinyl Backdrops are carefully rolled and shipped in protective tubes or packaging to prevent damage during transit. Our Correx board comes full straight but comes more expensive  or can be scored for cheaper shipping option

Quality & Care

Q: Can I reuse my backdrop? A: Yes! Our backdrops are made from durable materials designed to last. With proper care and storage, you can reuse them for multiple events. We recommend rolling (not folding) for storage.

Q: How do I clean my backdrop? A: Vinyl backdrops can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Correx  backdrops can be cleaned with dry clothing . Ensure you protect the printed side and away form moist or damp area.

Q: What if my backdrop arrives damaged? A: We package carefully, but if damage occurs during shipping, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement right away.

Setup & Installation

Q: How do I hang my backdrop? A: Backdrops can be hung using:

  • Backdrop stands for Correx can be selected as an option before checkout. This allows the backdrop to stand on its own ( However please do not add any weight on the board with a correx stand)

  • Command hooks or clips on walls for Vinyl Backdrops 

  • Pipe and drape systems

  • Easels (for smaller signs) We include hanging suggestions with every order.
